Go Digital.Be Agile.Transform.
Irrelevant without a goal.
The philosophy of my company is clear: I want to enable my customers to realize and understand where they want to go to and deliver the right level of support to achieve this. However, my experience, especially during the last years, is different: trends first, “sounds hip” first, whatever first. Goal? Where to exactly? Good question.
If you are searching for insightful experience in “Do the right things first and right in order to differentiate, develop, and sustain companies, teams and individuals to the next stage” you have found the right person. With more than 23 years in organizational and business consulting as senior consultant, board member, team leader and sparring partner with a focus on people. And do not be surprised when my first question is: What is your goal?
Generation x.y.z.Differences.Yes.Similarities.Yes.
Whenever something new pops up each generation of managers and employees long for a minimum of “stability” when it is time to leave the comfort zone. If you want them to perform on a high level, give them the best support in order to explore the “unknown” as something “manageable”. I support you and your people to let you
- Define comprehensible and clear goals
- Communicate the “new” way
- Implement your ideas sustainably
- Measure reasonable readjustments and
- Enjoy your successes
Kind.Inconvenient. Straight.Pragmatic.
I assume that you are not going to ask me for a meeting in order to be praised as the “best of the best”, but to find solid, profound and pragmatic ways to deal with your challenges. If you ask my recent customers how to describe my style you will listen to quotes like:
- He takes you and your challenges seriously from the very beginning
- He is able and willing to speak your language
- He puts you, your people and your ideas first
- You ask him point-blank he answers straightforward
Expertise: Do how. Know how: Included.
My key ability is to bring people together and use their engagement to get things done. Over the years I made the experience that companies, their managers and employees were rarely lacking new ideas, spirit or creativity. Their challenge in more than 80% of the cases was the lack of “Do how”: How are we going to implement these ideas together with our people in the most reasonable, pragmatic way? It helped a lot to let my customers understand that
- “Feeling down and complaining about…well, everything ” is part of such a process
- I am there to bring them back on track and let them perceive their quick wins
- Being Focused and having a Do how tool box are key and
- Measuring helps to readjust on your way to excellent results
